Accessibility of the Mobigo call center
The Mobigo service is also a passenger information service available by phone, at 03.80.11.29.29, from Monday to Saturday from 7am to 8pm (cost of a local call).
By phone, the Mobigo advisers inform you about the DiviaMobilités, Beaune Côte&Bus, Mobigo and TER Bourgogne-Franche-Comté networks on / for :
- the information relating to the aforementioned transport networks
- your complaints
- the disturbances on these networks
- reserve your transport on demand Buscéphale or TER Bourgogne taxi
- book TER access services at a station in Bourgogne
Since February 1, 2016, Mobigo is accessible to people who are deaf or hard of hearing: "information on your movements" and "bookings taxi TER or Buscéphale".
The application allows to contact Mobigo independently, from a tablet or a computer :
1. Click on this link to access the dedicated application
2. Then, choose your method of communication (French sign language, spoken language completed or instant transcription of speech)
3. You are then put in touch with an operator who contacts the Mobigo call center at the same time. The user, the interpreter and the Mobigo advisor interact at the same time
