Accessibility of TER Bourgogne-Franche-Comté network

In order to allow access to the train for people with reduced mobility or disabilities, the Region has created a free reception and support service: TER access.

This service is available for TER stations in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté for trips to Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. If you are traveling in TER from Bourgogne-Franche-Comté to another region (or vice versa), contact the SNCF Access Plus service.

  • Holders of a civil disability card,
  • Holders of a priority card,
  • Holders of a parking card,
  • Holders of a war pension card,
  • Users of a wheelchair arriving at the station with their wheelchair

HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK ?

In departure station :

You are expected by an agent 30 minutes before the departure of the train or 15 minutes before the departure by taxi, at the meeting point agreed at the time of booking.You are greeted and informed of the details of your trip, accompanied to your train or taxi and installed in your place. If you have not purchased your ticket, the agent can assist you in this process.

On board the train :

The flight crew is informed of your presence and ensures the smooth running of your trip.

At the arrival station :

An agent picks you up for you and takes you to the rendezvous point set in the station. If you have a connection, the agent will accompany you on your next train.TER access is not offered on TER coaches.

To guarantee a quality assistance service, book at least 48 hours before your departure. For any departure on a Monday or Tuesday, you must make your reservation no later than the previous Saturday.
