Validation must be systematic at each ascent, even in correspondence.

Parts to be supplied:
Valid for 20 journeys of 1 hour, on the entire Divia Bus&Tram network, including connections (made from the 1st to the last day of the month).
For visually impaired people living in a commune of Dijon metropolitan area. Each beneficiary may travel accompanied by one person. Only one validation is required: the journey will also be counted as valid for the accompanying person.

Where to buy?
For any new request, simply ask DiviaServices for a file by e-mail, post or telephone 03.80.11.29.29. The entire file must be sent to DiviaServices:

- deposited in the mailbox of the DiviaMobilities Commercial Agency

How do I top up?
Once your rights have been allocated, each month 20 journeys will be loaded onto your personal card when you present it to a validator on board a bus or tram.
This will remove the unused trips from the previous month and credit your card with the 20 free trips for the current month (valid on buses and trams).

This "tele-transfer" can take place on the 1st of the month or on the 15th of the month, if you have not used our services for the previous 14 days.
